The American College of Trial Lawyers has named Lee H. Ayres to serve on its Trial and Appellate Advocacy Committee.

The American College of Trial Lawyers has appointed Lee H. Ayres to serve as a member of the Teaching of Trial and Appellate Advocacy Committee. This committee puts on a multi-day national trial advocacy program one or two times per year, in addition to supporting advocacy courses in several law schools and engaging in other teaching initiatives. The national trial advocacy program reinforces the commitment to the rule of law, to an independent judiciary, and to our system for the fair and peaceful resolution of disputes. The program focuses on advocacy and improving the quality of advocacy, i.e. on how to best present oneself, one’s client, and one’s cause to a judge or jury.

The American College of Trial Lawyers is an invitation only fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers from the United States and Canada, who have demonstrated very high standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality. Lee H. Ayres was nominated for, and inducted into, the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2020.
